Disney Trip Checklist! Check all 12 of them

We previously wrote an article about what items you should pack for a Disney summer trip, which gave us the idea to delve deeper into this, hence the Disney Trip Checklist from StartedWithTheMouse.

1. Sufficient Clothing

We'll start right away with one of the most interesting parts of your trip. What clothes do you take with you for your magical Disney Trip? This of course largely depends on the weather.

Rain and cold weather.

For example, is it cold in Disney when you go and is there a chance of rain? Then we recommend that you bring an extra outfit in addition to a raincoat and umbrella. In that case, you can change clothes and warm up every now and then. Heat pads can also offer a solution. These pads keep themselves warm and you can put them in your shoes, for example. You also have bags that you can put in your jacket pocket to keep your hands warm. You can often obtain these at a drugstore.

Magical summer weather.

Is it hot in Disney when you go? Clothing is also very important. In addition to our summer outfit, we had a dress for my girlfriend and shorts for me. We also have a slightly warmer set, because it can cool down considerably in the evening. We often had dinner later in the day and then walked back to the hotel to change clothes to get through the evening.

2. (Back)bag and cool bag

Many Disney Fans spend long days in the beautiful park, so it is advisable to take a good comfortable (back) bag with you to put some things in that can help get through the day! We also often carry a collapsible cooler bag with us to keep drinks well chilled during the day.

3.Portable Charger

Of course, during your Disney Trip you will take many photos of all the great shows, characters and of course each other to capture memories. In addition, you will of course be working long days, so we recommend taking a portable charger with you. Are you forgetting this one? Don't panic, there are posts in Disneyland Paris where you can rent these chargers for a day. Please note that they have limited availability.

4. Disney Towel/beach towel.

If you stay in a hotel around Disney, you will of course have towels available in the room, but we recommend that you take a few extra with you. At least 1 per person, of course we prefer Disney related towels .

5. Swimwear

Disney Hotels have access to the swimming pool, so it is always useful to bring swimwear so you can take a wonderfully refreshing dip between visits to the parks, of course. Many Hotels around Disney also have swimming pools, so inform us in advance if you want to swim.

6. Water bottles.

As mentioned earlier, you will be working long days in the park today, so it is nice to take water/drinks with you so that you can continue to drink enough throughout the day. You can also fill water bottles in different places. That again saves on costs.

7. Snacks

In addition to all the snacks that you can get in the magical park, it is useful to bring some snacks with you. So you can make a sandwich in the morning or just take a bag of chips with you for a snack.

8. Shoes

Good shoes are one of the most important things on your Disney Trip, you don't want to have your day ruined by pain in your feet, do you? Imagine you can finally take a picture with your favorite character, but you can't even stand up straight anymore. Therefore, wear good, comfortable shoes that you can travel many kilometers in. On a day in Disneyland Paris, don't be surprised if you manage to run 10km!

9. Disney Earphones

In addition to everything you have to take with you, this is something you are almost obliged to wear... Who doesn't know the Disney Earphones . You can find them everywhere in and around the Disney Parks.

10. Pens and signature book

If you want to take a picture with your favorite character, don't forget to bring a functioning pen and an autograph book! This way you can take an extra memory home with you.

11. First aid kit

Always take a first aid kit with you for minor accidents that may happen during your trip. We also recommend that you take painkillers with you so that you can use them when necessary. Something you really shouldn't forget are the blister plasters.

12. Sunscreen/sunglasses

Is the weather warm? Then take sunscreen and sunglasses with you to the park. This way you prevent yourself from burning and give your eyes some rest from the bright sun.

Of course you can take as much as you want, this list is useful to ensure that you have at least the most important items with you on your magical Disney Trip.
